Living room with comfortable seating for 6 and views over Loch Indaal. Includes a smart TV with Sky Ultimate and Netflix Standard (with adverts).

3 double bedrooms: 2 with views over Loch Indaal and 3rd with a garden view. All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes and luggage racks.

Large dining room/kitchen with table and chairs for up to 6 people. Oven, air fryer, microwave and dishwasher included.

Utility room with a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Pegs are provided for outdoor drying on the 3 garden washing lines.

Large bathroom with accessibility friendly shower (no bath).

Large front/back garden and driveway with parking for 3-4 cars on the gravel/concrete only (electric charging not included or available).

Please note that although the back garden is not strictly included within the rental, guests are more than welcome to sit up and enjoy the view.

But please be aware that the garden is not suitable for unsupervised pets and children due to the open driveway at the front of the property that connects to the main road, areas of uneven ground, sudden drops, a small open field drain (located at the top corner of the back garden), no outdoor lighting in the back garden and the ground can be slippery when wet.

Rental includes: linen (beds made prior to arrival), towels for up to 6 people (no beach towels but it is advised to bring your own to enjoy the lovely nearby beaches), free wifi, oil central heating and electricity.
